Before a meal or while sitting around with friends on a movie night or watching our favorite team, we enjoy flavoring our mouths. Finding a healthy and vegan option is not difficult as someone might think. We present you with the Vegan Spinach Artichoke Dip, a green & good appetizer for the joy of everyone.
Ingredients
1 cup cooked and drained spinach (frozen or fresh)
1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
A. Mix cashews, almond milk, nutritional yeast, minced garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil in a blender or food processor. After that blend until smooth and creamy.
B. Mix cooked spinach and chopped artichoke cores in a mixing bowl.
C. Pour the cashew cream over the spinach and artichoke mixture. Mix well to combine.
D. Season with salt and pepper.
e. Then Put the mixture in a dish and bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
F. Finally, serve dip with tortilla chips, crackers, or a healthier options such as diced vegetables.
