Stuff you need:

  • 1 cup vegan butter (softened)
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups vegan chocolate chips

How to make them:

  1. Heat up your oven to 350°F (175°C). Put some parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  2. In a big bowl, mix together the soft vegan butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until it’s all smooth.
  3. Add in the applesauce and vanilla extract. Keep mixing until everything’s good and mixed.
  4. In another bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Slowly add the dry mix into the wet mix. Keep stirring until everything is just mixed.
